about

An aria da capo for Guitaret with ikembe continuo. The ikembe is being played in the style pioneered by Colin Walcott, viz. suspended from the neck with 6 fingers and no thumb, as a keyboard. Performances recorded in a culvert, so the field orchestration has appropriate frogs and trapped logs.

The pieces are all pataphysical book reviews. They consist of musical essays on books of the same title that haven't been written, but should have.
